Hit "browse" and navigate to the race file. Double click on it. Now hit "attach race". The race will be attached in a self-opening JNLP format.

And you're posting the message without hitting "attach race" first. If this just isn't making sense, there's another description at http://sodarace.net/race . This is how I learned. ^E
