Name the file with an extension of XML, browse to it, and click "Attach Race" before you post the message.

Then it will automatically open the race for you.

When you export the race in sodarace, name it blablabla.xml Obviously, replace the "blablabla" with your intended race name, but keep the ".xml" bit. Then export the race. When you're posting it in the forum, hit "browse" and open it, but then hit "Attach Race". This will make it into a race link. Then you can type your message and post it.
