This is impossible to cancel out due to it affecting the dalek's stats only.

So, you are a freaking superman who has mastered the space/time continuom, can reverse/spped up or stop time, can walk on water, can fly, can stop bullets, and is basically a super hulk. Yeah, that's totally fair. Notice how in the FIRST POST it says NO OVERPOWERING??? Also, if your special is to counter, and its OTHER special (here I thought we could only have 1) is to be impossibe to cancell out, why don't I just make another special on mine that says it CAN cancell yours out? Also, you really do say dalek or tardis in every sentance. FOR THE LOVE OF BEESWAX, DON'T! YOU SOUND MORE RETARDED THAN YOU ACTUALLY ARE! That was previously thought impossible.

I looked it up. transcendant means to exal at smething, to be capable beyond comprehension, etc. Yeah, I think that is "too much t.v". BTW, TARDIS, having 99,000 health doesn't make it easy to kill you. You never mentioned that it will die in 30 turns, either.
