I will add it to toolkit if its cool use "Blank_Template" an add it to the right side so they all have a grid.

Also, I think this type of toolkit is a good idea, except that "Toolkit_add_on" shouldn't exist, and people should just submit tools from their own accounts. As IAA said, public accounts always attract spam.
