fontians *corrects self* FOUNTIANS are fun and i really turn A.D.H.D. when it comes to making intracate models, but think of it this way, you never told spartan that all he makes are motored models, i just stick out like a sore thumb because i do a different kinda model with a different goal then to get a model to move across the screen.

also... fountains arent that hard to make and theres not much you can do witht hem that also hasnt been done like a year ago by jekyll or somebody... motored walkers have so many possibilities... even now... fountains are just bouncing springs (no offense) but i dont like them that much because i see nothing to them, there is little planning... and all you do is mess with settings... o well i hope i made a point back there somewhere

I would like to show off some models I've made since i joined SodaConstructor.

The first is a mis-nomered WEIGHTED roller adapted to turn a set of wheels by a "gear" system (the smaller wheel inside the big one)

http://sodaplay.com/constructor/player.htm?&getmodel=DreadPiratePhlem+InertiaMobile

The next is a similar design which uses a linear motor and a few helping muscles to turn the wheels. Also can run in any position hence the name. Also this one made it to the zoo in September.

http://sodaplay.com/constructor/player.htm?&getmodel=DreadPiratePhlem+LinearATV

The last one I made this morning. It is 3 linear motors linked in a triangle and tension springs for legs which push it up and foward.

P.S. ChopSticks is my first walker AND my first non-motorized model.

[I am the dreaded DreadPiratePhlem...DREAD ME]

Those are neat rodney. I like models where you easily can see what's going on and the mechanics are apparent.

I made a rather plain dainty muscle x 8 walker. I was curious if I could make it balanced and it worked apparently.

Very nice models sotg & soloman (sounds like a law firm, lol), but justs so you know, sotg, there has been models with that design, trust me, I was goin to make a model like it until I saw it in the zoo. It's really great that you thought of it all by yourself though.
